Fast Hypnosis - instant suggestibility

For example, under hypnosis you may have given yourself (or the hypnotherapist may have given you), suggestions to behave in a certain manner - to be confident when you give presentations, say. When you touch your left wrist with your right index finger, you would feel confident and would remember the complete presentation.
So when you’re getting ready to give the presentation, you touch your left wrist, and you immediately feel more confident.
Fast hypnosis to re-enter a suggestible state
You can also make it easier for yourself to re-enter a suggestible state if, when you’re in a slight trance, you give yourself the suggest that in future, you will be able to enter this state at will, just by closing your eyes, and counting upwards from one to ten.
Excellent book on instant self-hypnosis
I’ve read many self-hypnosis books, but “Instant Self-Hypnosis” is in a class of its own. It’s easy to read, and the process is simple to apply. Best of all, you can create your own sessions if you want to cover something that the book’s scripts don’t cover. This book is a real treasure:
