Cognitive restructuring is also used in anger management hypnosis: it aims to change the way that you think.

Although there are many self-management options for hypnosis, if you have anger management issues you need to visit a hypnotherapist who specializes in this treatment. It’s not something you should try to treat yourself. Anger is a powerful emotion: it’s possible to treat using hypnosis, but you need to get advice and on-going therapy.
