How Integrative Hypnosis Works
Integrative hypnosis is a therapeutic process that combines clinical hypnosis with nervous system-focused regulation and trauma-informed coaching. It helps you access deep subconscious patterns that contribute to chronic anxiety, stress, burnout, and somatic symptoms — not by forcing change, but by creating safety and real internal shift.

  4. Integration: After trance work, we talk through what emerged and support your between-session self-care and nervous system regulation.
